ONLINE COMPETITIONS

BALKAN BACKGAMMON CLUB LEAGUE
In 2022 „Balkan Backgammon League“ started this big club championship. 16 clubs from 6 Balkan countries are playing Round Robin throughout the year. In every round each team is presented by 7 players. The captains are allowed to make substututions between the rounds. So far „Slavia Backgammon Club“ had most players presented, involving 13 of their members into the competition. All details about „Balkan Backgammon Club League“ can be found here.

WBIF WORLD CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
In 2020 the world backgammon internet federation started this championship. Clubs were invited to the competition, as well as all other players from around the world. All details here.

COPPA ITALIA
Every year there is a championship where teams from all Italian clubs compete for the Cup of Italy. Each team is presented by 3 to 5 players. The champions and the finalists can be found here.

GERMAN NATIONAL TEAM CHMPIONSHIP
19 teams have participated in the 2022 „German National Online Team Championship“. Each team was presented by 3 players. The last edition standings can be seen here.

BULGARIAN NATIONAL TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
BG-BG (Bulgarian Backgammon) team organised this competition in 2021. Because of only one Bulgarian club, the teams have been formed by people from the same areas. 19 teams, consisting of 3 players, did participate in the 12 monthly tournaments. As a result of this championship, the 2nd Bulgarian Club was established in Burgas, at the Black Sea coast. The details are to find here.

BULGARIAN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP „DIRECTIONS“
BG-BG team is running this new team format in 2022 on monthly basis. The country was devided in 4 directions and there is a team presenting each part of the country. In each contest the teams are presented by 11 players. The captains are allowed to make substitutions. The details are here.
